SHIPPING POLICY

• USPS/UPS RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS or UPS Ground. USA delivery standard is 2 - 7 days depending on chosen delivery speed

• International order generally arrive in 5-7 business days unless customer has chosen an express delivery method

• Free shipping on orders over $100  worldwide will be via first class mail which is 5-7 Business Days in the USA and 7-10 Business Days outside of the USA

 

RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. To return or exchange an item, please ship it to the return department listed below. Buyer is responsible for return shipping however we will refund the initial shipping cost with refund. Please allow 7-10 Business days to receive your refund back onto the original payment method. Exchanges are usually shipped out within 7 Business days of receipt of the original item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
